3. Commercial Software License Agreement (EULA) Summary & Liability Cap

The 25+ Framework Pro Linux iOS SDK Shim (SwiftPlaygroundsSDKShim.swift), Headless Linux Runtime Simulator, Pre-Warmed CI Team Docker Action, and Multi-Tenant OEM Container are proprietary software owned by CiderFlight LLC and governed by our Commercial EULA:

• No Unlicensed Multi-Tenant or Cloud Sandbox Hosting: Embedding or exposing the Commercial Software inside a commercial cloud IDE, AI coding agent platform, or multi-tenant user sandbox requires an active AI Platform OEM License (B5-PILOT $10k/90d or B5-A–B5-D $30k–$250k/yr).
• Section 2.4(a)–(c) Anti-Decompilation (Bowers v. Baystate) & Anti-Oracle / RLHF Distillation Prohibition: Customer and its automated AI agent swarms shall not decompile, disassemble, or dump AST/ELF symbols from CiderFlightSDK.swiftmodule, libCiderFlightSDK.a, or ciderflight.pyz, nor use CiderFlight's API or binary diagnostics as a test oracle or RLHF/RLCF compiler reward signal without an active Tier B5-D ($250,000/yr) Frontier Lab RLHF License.
• Section 2.4(d) Forensic Watermark & Canary Tampering Prohibition: Every binary distribution and JSON diagnostic output embeds cryptographic canary watermarks (_CiderFlightOEMWatermark_<HEX>, CF-CANARY-<HEX>, and CF-WM-<HEX>) recorded in CiderFlight LLC's forensic registry. Stripping, altering, or suppressing any watermark is strictly prohibited.
• Explicit "AS-IS" Preflight Disclaimer & Liability Cap: CiderFlight is a static and behavioral preflight verification tool provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. It does not replace final macOS Xcode code-signing (xcodebuild archive) or physical iOS hardware testing. Cumulative liability is capped at trailing 1-month fees paid (or $12.00 USD).

4. Clean-Room Provenance Manifest (Google LLC v. Oracle America, Inc.)

CiderFlight LLC certifies that 100% of SwiftPlaygroundsSDKShim.swift (1,890 lines) and swiftc_ios_verify_json.py (119 lines) was authored from scratch on native Linux (linux-x86_64) using publicly documented API signatures and standard mathematical formulas. The software contains zero (0) bytes of Apple's proprietary Xcode.xip SDK binaries or private headers, and is fully compliant for multi-tenant cloud container deployment under Google LLC v. Oracle America, Inc., 593 U.S. ___ (2021).

CiderFlight™ is an independent software product developed by CiderFlight LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Apple Inc. Swift, SwiftUI, ARKit, SceneKit, RealityKit, UIKit, Charts, MapKit, StoreKit, PDFKit, Xcode, TestFlight, App Store, macOS, iPadOS, and iOS are registered trademarks of Apple Inc., referenced solely for nominative fair-use compatibility identification.

6. U.S. Patent Pending Notice (35 U.S.C. § 292 — Application No. 64/184,444)

Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 292, notice is hereby given that the CiderFlight™ architecture—specifically its System and Method for Two-Stage Sub-Threshold AST Expression Isolation, Clean-Room Cross-Platform SDK Shimming, and Headless Behavioral Simulation of Declarative Mobile User Interfaces and Augmented Reality Pipelines on Non-Native Operating Systems—is the subject of United States Provisional Patent Application No. 64/184,444 (USPTO Confirmation No. 9847, Attorney Docket No. CF-PROV-2026-002, Priority Date: October 26, 2026), owned by CiderFlight LLC.
